CloseFlow by Finly — AI sales assistant for inbound conversations
CloseFlow is a B2B software subscription by Finly S.A.S. (Bogotá, Colombia · NIT 901996088-1). It gives a business an AI sales assistant that replies to the conversations its own customers start on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, the chat widget the business installs on its own website, or a chat link/QR code the business shares, plus a console where the business's team supervises every conversation and can take over at any time.
CloseFlow is registered with Meta as a WhatsApp technology provider (Tech Provider), with approved business verification.
How it works
- Inbound only: the assistant only replies to people who write to the business first. CloseFlow does not send bulk, broadcast or unsolicited messages, and anyone can stop the conversation by writing #STOP.
- Uses the business's own rules: it answers with the business's own catalog, prices and policies, and never invents prices, discounts or stock.
- No payment handling: when the business chooses to, the assistant shares a payment link from the business's own payment account (e.g. Mercado Pago). Money goes directly to the business; CloseFlow never receives, holds or transfers customer funds.
- Human in control: the team can step into any conversation, and the assistant hands over when a customer asks for a person.
Pricing
Monthly or annual subscription in USD, based on the number of leads handled per month (from 100 to 3,000 leads, from USD 29.90 per month). Plans of 100 to 500 leads carry a one-time implementation fee of COP 300,000 (initial setup and about 4 hours of joint work), paid separately from the subscription by bank transfer; plans from 800 leads have no implementation fee. No minimum term on monthly plans. International orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders.
